Length: 3:51
Levels: 4
Space: 1.5 × 1.5 m5 × 5 ft
Equipment: None

Take the wheel of a flying car and weave between skyscrapers, cranes, balloons and delivery drones, from morning light to neon night, then land on the helipad.

How to play

Watch for the signs and move with the beat. Between signs, jog in place.

STEERHold an imaginary wheel and lean your whole body left or right.
PULL UP / DIVEReach up tall on your toes to climb, sink into a squat to dive.
BOOSTFast high knees while the boost is on.

Before you start

Space needed: 1.5 × 1.5 m (5 × 5 ft) per runner.

Clear the floor: move chairs, toys and bags out of the way.
Leave arm's length all around each runner, and space from the TV.
Wear shoes with grip, or go barefoot — socks on smooth floors slip.
Swap jumps for toe-raises if you're upstairs or need low impact.
Keep water nearby. Stop if anything hurts or you feel dizzy.
Young runners should play with a grown-up in the room.

For teachers & parents

Cast this run to the classroom screen or the living-room TV for a 4-minute brain break. Kids and grown-ups can play together — every move is shown before it's needed.

New run every week

First-person run worlds in 4K. Follow the signs — JUMP, DUCK, DODGE, PUNCH, MIRROR — and move with the beat to reach the end of every level.

Gear for this run

Affiliate disclosure: if you buy through links on this page we may earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Read our full disclosure.

Fire TV Stick 4K / 4K Plus

Amazon · $

Plugs into a TV or projector's HDMI port and runs the YouTube app in 4K, so there's no laptop and cable to trip over.

Best for: Older TVs and projectors without built-in apps.

Watch out: Needs Wi-Fi and an Amazon account. School networks sometimes block streaming devices — ask IT first.

Portable Bluetooth speaker

Anker Soundcore, JBL Flip or Charge · $

TV and projector speakers are thin. A portable speaker puts the beat — and the cue for every move — where the whole room can hear it.

Best for: Classrooms, gyms, and projectors with weak built-in sound.

Watch out: Bluetooth can lag a little behind the picture. If moves feel late, use the cable input.

Folding gymnastics mat, 4 × 8 ft

4-panel folding mat · $$

Takes the sting out of jumps and squats on hard floors, and stands on its end against the wall when you are done.

Best for: Upstairs rooms, hard classroom floors, younger runners.

Watch out: Soft mats are less steady for quick side-steps — keep DODGE moves on the floor around it.

Under-desk walking pad

WalkingPad, UREVO and similar · $$

Slides under a sofa or desk and turns a run on the TV into a treadmill session. Walking pads now fill the top of the Amazon treadmill best-seller list.

Best for: Apartments; walking or easy jogging while you watch.

Watch out: Most are built for walking and light jogging, not sprints. Step off for JUMP and DUCK — never jump on the belt.
