How to play
Every run teaches its moves on screen. You only need a screen and a little floor.
Cast it big
Open a run on a TV, projector or laptop and turn the sound up — the beat tells you when to move.
Clear your space
About 2 × 2 m per runner, arm's length all around, nothing to trip on.
Follow the signs
JUMP, DUCK, DODGE, PUNCH, MIRROR… 13 moves in all. Run in place between them.
Made for the big screen
Brain breaks that teach themselves
Teachers: cast a 3–9 minute run to the classroom screen for an indoor recess, a PE warm-up or a reset between lessons. Kids follow the signs — no instructions needed.
Living-room adventures
Rainy day, cold day, wiggly day. Everyone runs together, and every world hides a secret at the end.
Cardio that feels like a game
Use a run as a warm-up, or play it on a treadmill or walking pad and chase the level counter instead of the clock.
